05 Feb Observing changes of seasons
This week, our Reception children became explorers! They went outdoors to look for signs of winter and the beginning of spring. We spoke about how spring follows winter and brings new life, warmer weather and brighter colours.
The children noticed daffodils leaves and buds which created a great conversation about how the daffodils will begin to bloom during the warmer weather. The children are going to continue to observe the daffodils.
